As technology evolves rapidly, accessing digital services has become second nature for younger generations. However, for many elderly individuals, navigating complex digital interfaces poses a significant challenge.

According to recent studies, an alarming 69 million seniors in Europe alone lack access to smartphones, tablets, or computers due to cognitive or physical limitations. This digital divide not only isolates older adults from the benefits of modern communication but also hinders their ability to engage fully in today's interconnected world.
