Speak at I-COM Summit Experience

Theme: Foundations for the Future
The 16th edition of the I-COM Summit Experience follows the in-person Unconference format and continues the tradition of bringing together top thought leaders to explore the cutting edge of Smart Data Marketing. Speaking offers a unique chance to position your brand as an industry leader and connect with Marketing's most influential figures.
Speaking slots are limited and proposals will be reviewed in the order received. We recommend submitting your proposal by the deadline or earlier to avoid being waitlisted.
Speaking Opportunities

Share a compelling case study demonstrating the impact of data-driven strategies and collaborative partnerships.
Format: 25-minute presentation followed by Q&A with the audience
Requirements: Must include co-presentation with brand clients for a holistic and diverse perspective.
The Programme Board will not approve proposals that are not co-presented with a brand client.

Delve into trending topics in Smart Data Marketing with a 40-minute panel discussion, including Q&A.
Format: 40 minutes, including Q&A
Requirements:
• Include at least one brand representative.
• Feature a minimum of four panelists, including the moderator.
• Panels are a platform to share insights, practical applications, challenges, and foster thought-provoking and forward-thinking discussions on the chosen topic.

Facilitate an intensive 45-minute discussion, and experience-sharing on an international level with a selected group of attendees.
Format: 45-minutes
Requirements:
• Must cover a specific topic or issue with strong insights and perspectives.
• Roundtables must be chaired or co-chaired by a brand representative.
• Chairs are responsible for facilitating and moderating the discussion.
• A maximum of 3 co-chairs per roundtable.
• Roundtables should share insights, practical applications, challenges, and foster thought-provoking and forward-thinking discussions on the chosen topic.
• Roundtables are not for company sales purposes.

Important Details
◆ All speakers are required to attend the in-person Unconference.
◆ All Speakers must purchase their Summit Pass unless included in their I-COM Membership. Non-members, Data Providers, and Martech companies have additional sponsorship requirements.
◆ Speaker selection is based solely on merit, independent of commercial considerations.
◆ By submitting your proposal, you agree to be promoted on our platforms at any time. This does not guarantee approval by the Programme Board.
