Up to 30 days before the start of the Event: 5% administration charges penalty.

Between 29 and 15 days before the start of the Event: 20% administration charges penalty.

Between 14 and 7 days before the start of the Event: 50% administration charges penalty.

Less than 7 days before the start of the Event: 100% administration charges penalty.
