Important Notes:
◆ To stay at the Summit Venue a minimum 3-night stay is required:
From Tue 6th (checkin) to Fri 9th (checkout).
◆ Attendees arriving on Mon 5th can also benefit from the special rates.

Cancellation Policy:
◆ Up to 21 days prior to arrival: No cancellation charges
◆ From 20 days prior to arrival: 100% cancellation charges. The hotel will charge the provided credit card.

I-COM Notice: Responsibility for any  booking is solely between the guest and the hotel.
