CAEM’s I-COM National Roundtable to start the debate on the future of Online Measurement in Portugal

 

GENEVA & LISBON - October 29, 2009 - The I-COM (International Conference on Online Media Measurement) under the patronage of CAEM (Portuguese Commission for Media Study Analysis) will hold a National Roundtable on November 26th in Lisbon at The Ritz.

 

The goal of the event will be to build consensus on market issues in Portugal such as Three Screen Measurement & Social Media Measurement and achieve new insights by examining them from an international perspective. Guy Phillipson, CEO at Internet Advertising Bureau UK will be holding the keynote address. CAEM will also be taking the opportunity to outline its future plans which include exploring new ways to measure audiences across media channels.

 

“We are also anticipating the upcoming I-COM Global Summit in March 2010 with excitement,” said Luis Mergulhao, President, CAEM & CEO, Omnicom Media Group. “Having the roundtable is great way to already start the debate on the future of Online Measurement and signal that CAEM is serious about considering new approaches to the measurement challenges here in Portugal.”

 

The I-COM National Roundtable Portugal is an exclusive invitation-only event, limited to 60 participants. CAEM is handling the invitations. The event will take place on the 26th of November, 2009 at The Hotel Ritz and finish with a lunch.
