Guillermo Abud (IAB Mexico)
Guillermo Abud is Digital Senior Director with Starcom Mediavest Group Latinamerica, based in Mexico. Part of the Digitial Industriy for more than 14 years, founded an ISP (Internet Service Provider) in Mexico back in 1995, then launched Unete.com, IFX Networks (Consumer and corporate Internet Access), and Tutopia.com (the first free ISP and Entertainment Portal in Latam). In 2003 joined Cyclelogic Mobile Solutions, a leader in the mobile phone content, and marketing solutions for the Latam and the US Hispanic markets. Then, joined TV Azteca, where lead the sales interactive marketing and advertising strategies between TV, Internet, and Mobile phones. Today, is Digital Senior Director for Starcom Mediavest Group in México and Latam working with top industry players in the digital marketing arena. Memo is also an active member of the IAB Mexico and President of the Digital Committee of the CIM (Consejo de Investigación de Medios / Media Research Council) in Mexico.

Karina Besprosvan (IAB Chile)
OmnicomMedia group research manager for Chile and LATAM since January 2007. Before, Karina was OMD`s research director Chile since 2004, after the fusion between Optimum Media, Media Direction and Tactical Media, all media agencies related to BBDO Chile, DDB Chile and TBWA\Frederick, respectively. In 2006, her unit received the award “Best Research LATAM unit from OMD”, distinction posted by the company’s CEO. She holds university studies in Marketing, Advertising and Sociology, in Argentina. A Diploma in Business Planning from Westminster University, London. And holds a Master in consumer behavior in UAI University Chile.
She has a good track experience teaching and writing in marketing an research subjects. Among her last latam studies are: “ between the public and the privacy. Founding partner of WA Consulting, director of the Web Analytics committee in IAB Brazil and member of the WAA (Web Analytics Association). Graduated in Systems Analysis with MBA in Marketing from ESPM and Administration from FGV. Coordinator of Web Analytics Wednesday in São Paulo - WAW-SP - and the Brazilian Web Analytics discussion group in Yahoo! Groups. Organizer of the first eBook about Web Analytics in Portuguese - "Web Analytics – Uma Visão Brasileira" Volume I and II. Expert in Web Analytics with experience in planning, implementation and analysis of results using AT Internet, WebTrends, NetInsight, Omniture and Google Analytics. Launched the IBOPE Nielsen Online services in Brasil in 2000, was responsibe for marketing and sales, in IBOPE, for products such as Ad'Hoc digital research, Usability and Market Intelligence Reports.

Andreas Cohen (I-COM)
Andreas Cohen is I-COM's Chairman. He holds an MBA from IMD in Lausanne, Switzerland and a BA from Babson College in Boston. Andreas also worked for Kraft Foods Europe and one of Germany's largest publishers, Hubert Burda Medien. As Director Corporate Development of their New Media group, he led the development of Germany's first Ad Server software and helped pioneer the internet as an advertising medium. Fernando Cruz (CAEM)
Fernando Santos Cruz is the Executive Director of CAEM (Commission for the Analysis of Media Studies). He was born in Mozambique, in 1958, during Portuguese administration and is married with two daughters. Fernando studied sociology, business strategy and has a master in Sales & Marketing Management. His past career includes being Sales & Marketing Director of Nabisco Brands Portugal, Sales Director of Unilever/Olá Portugal, Sales Director of Unilever/Kibon in Brazil, Sales Director of the Portuguese TV Channel SIC and CEO of ZenithOptimedia Portugal (Publicis Group).
