I-COM Ibero-American Summit 2010 Lisbon

Together with Patronage from around the Ibero-American region, we are holding the first I-COM Ibero-American Summit on March 10-13th, 2010 in Lisbon, Portugal. This event is the first of its kind to explore Online Measurement focused on the context of the Ibero-American region and is integrated with the I-COM Global Summit on the same dates and venue.

 

Internet users have defined Ibero-America to include Spain, Portugal, Latin America as well as the USA, reflecting the growing US Hispanic Online population. Despite significant cross-border usage of Online Media, many companies and markets have been approaching the challenges in Online Measurement in a country silo manner. While many media players are unable to monetize non-domestic traffic, advertisers & agencies seek the true picture of the Digital Media landscape.

 

For Digital Advertising in Ibero-America to reach its true potential, regional approaches need to be sought out. At the I-COM Ibero-American Summit, we'll look at the opportunities & issues from a regional perspective and together work on driving a consensus on how to proceed in future.

 

We are honored to have Nancy Hill, President & CEO of the American Association of Advertising Agencies (AAAA's) as our keynote speaker. Nancy will share the results of new research which looks at media consumption in the region.

 

Our Programme Committee has developed an agenda which covers some of the hottest topics in the region.

Together with Patronage from around the Ibero-American region, we held the I-COM Ibero-American Summit. This event was the first of its kind to explore Online Measurement focused on the context of the Ibero-American region.
