IAB (Southeast Asia) Singapore joins I-COM as Patronage Organisation

 

GENEVA & SINGAPORE, January 18th, 2010 - The I-COM (International Conference on Online Media Measurement) and the IAB (Southest Asia) Singapore today announced that they have become a Patronage Organisation of the upcoming I-COM Global Summit on Mar 10-13th in Lisbon and also now represent the I-COM in Singapore.

 

The IAB SEA Singapore will be joining 16 other leading associations in the Digital Advertising space in structuring the debate on the future of Online Measurement. Andreas Cohen, Chairman of I-COM, commented: "Southeast Asia is an important upcoming region in Digital Advertising with Singapore as its hub. We look forward to engaging with the region later in the year. With our I-COM Global Summit happening on March 10-13th, it's timely that IAB SEA Singapore has come aboard."

 

Nick Fawbert, Secretary of the Interactive Advertising Bureau said, "We’re pleased to announce our affiliation with the I-COM. The IAB was formed here in Singapore as a reflection of the growing importance of the South East Asian interactive industry upon the world stage. We feel this affiliation will offer a great chance for regional companies to integrate with the existing knowledge base and develop a world-class talent pool.
