Dionesia Edna Belleza
Senior Vice-President / Chief Information Officer at GMA New Media, Inc.
Edna T. Belleza began her career in media 21 years ago (1990) at BusinessWorld, the Philippines’ top business newspaper, where she became Research Director and a board member. Her exposure to digital media started in 1993 with the establishment of the paper’s syndication service.
She moved on and became involved in the website operations of The Manila Times and Philippine Daily Inquirer, had a two-year government stint as Assistant Secretary at the Presidential Management Staff – handling the Monitoring and Information Systems Group, and was also part of the Philippine Internet Commerce Society’s board.
In 2006, she joined GMA New Media Inc (NMI), the technology arm of the country’s leading TV network, as VP for online business development. She was seconded for two years to set up Philippine Entertainment Portal Inc., NMI’s joint venture with Summit Media. She moved back to NMI in 2009 where she is currently Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer.
Leah Camilla R. Besa-Jimenez

Leah Besa-Jimenez is the General Manager of NetBooster Asia; the first fully integrated digital agency and the biggest online media buyer in the Philippines.
Prior agency was Proximity Philippines where she spent almost 5 years as its General Manager building an award winning reputation in the industry.
She has more than 15 years of experience in Marketing, CRM and Digital. Leah has consulted for global brands for industries covering: FMCG, Technology, Telecommunications and Healthcare. Breadth of work involves Strategic Brand Planning, Through-the-line Communications, Digital Marketing, Customer Relationship Marketing focusing on Loyalty & Retention, Data Analytics and Datawarehousing.
Her last Client side role was Head of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) division for Globe Telecom doing CRM Strategy and Data Analytics. Focusing on developing strategies through analytics, statistical models and implementation processes to control churn, build loyalty and increase usage. Previous agency post was at Ogilvy & Mather, concurrently held three posts - Business Development Director for Ogilvy & Mather, Business Director for OgilvyOne and OgilvyHealthcare.
Leah is regular speaker on CRM and Digital, locally and regionally. She is serving her 3rd year as a Director in the Board of the Internet and Mobile Marketing Association of the Philippines (IMMAP).

Andreas Cohen (I-COM)
Andreas Cohen is I-COM's Chairman. He holds an MBA from IMD in Lausanne, Switzerland and a BA from Babson College in Boston. Andreas also worked for Kraft Foods Europe and one of Germany's largest publishers, Hubert Burda Medien. As Director Corporate Development of their New Media group, he led the development of Germany's first Ad Server software and helped pioneer the internet as an advertising medium. Andreas also previously served as a board member of IAB Germany (BVDW) for 10 years and as a member of ABC Germany's (IVW) Online Media Organisational Committee (OA) for 12 years.
Juan Armando “John” Villanueva Rojo
In the course of his 20-year career, John has held management positions in corporate communications and marketing for diverse companies such as manufacturing, financial services and transportation. He is presently Vice President for Corporate Branding and Communications of Bayan Telecommunications (Bayan), one of the leading telecommunication companies in the country. He is also the President of the Philippine Association of National Advertisers (PANA) and active in the Advertising Screening Council (ASC).
John spearheaded the digital component of Bayan’s Lola Techie campaign, billed as the first marketing campaign successfully utilizing social networking sites, and generated 45% increase in sales for Bayan DSL product. John also played a lead role in the new and refreshed brand image of Bayan as a different and disruptive player in the market, and paved the way for the successful and impactful launch of the Bayan Wireless Landline.
As a result, Bayan was hailed in 2008 as the IT Company of the Year by the IT Journalists Association of the Philippines or Cyberpress. His work for Bayan has earned recognition in the communications and advertising industry, such as several Anvil Awards for Excellence in 2007 and 2008 given by the Public Relations Society of the Philippines, the Quill Awards given by the International Association of Business Communicators, and a Bronze Award during the 3rd Tambuli Awards on Integrated Marketing Communications given by the University of Asia and the Pacific in 2009.
John is an Accredited Public Relations Practitioner (APR) given by the Public Relations Society of the Philippines (PRSP). He served as Vice President for External Affairs of PRSP. He is a graduate of Journalism from the University of Sto Tomas and a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Ateneo de Manila University.
Angeli Beltran
Angeli is the Executive Regional Director of the Dentsu Asia Digital Division, responsible for digital business in SEA.
Prior to moving to Dentsu Asia, Angeli was the Managing Director of one of the Philippines’ most awarded and leading digital /CRM agencies, Dentsu Indio. Dentsu Indio’s clients include Canon, Honda, SM Group, P&G, among others.
She also was part of the team that set up the direct marketing unit of Ogilvy Manila. In her 7 years at OgilvyOne, Angeli won several International Awards for work for Nestle, Unilever and Crown Asia.
Angeli graduated with a B.S. in Management Engineering. She has 16 years experience in marketing communications focused on direct marketing, CRM and digital marketing across categories of automotive, consumer electronics, FMCG, telecommunications, healthcare and retail.
Beth Uyenco
Originally from the Philippines, Beth is now based in Chicago as Global Research Director for Microsoft Advertising. She is also co-chair of the US Interactive Advertising Bureau’s (IAB US) Research Council, the U.S. West representative for ESOMAR and a member of the Council for Research Excellence (CRE). An active contributor to media industry efforts, Beth is a former chair of the Insights to Practice Committee of the CRE, the Media Ratings Council’s Internet Committee, the Agency Media Research Council and the Media Accountability Council of the Advertising Research Foundation, as well as the Media Research Committee of the AAAA. Beth is also a frequent speaker at leading media research industry events both in the U.S. and internationally. She has been honored as a Mediaweek Media All-Star for Research.
Beth focuses on establishing the value of brand messaging through Microsoft’s ad-supported platforms as well as understanding how consumers interact with various marketing communication channels—both online and offline. Prior to joining Microsoft she spent many years on the agency side most recently at OMD where she was U.S. Director of Strategic Research and Analysis. Before that she was Senior Vice-President of Research for Optimum Media, the media arm of DDB Worldwide, where she was responsible for managing all its media research operations. She also worked with a variety of clients both nationally and globally including McDonalds, Pepsi, Clorox, Johnson & Johnson, Hasbro, Dell Computers, Universal Pictures and Studios and ABC-TV Networks.
