Björn Kaspring (BVDW)
Björn Kaspring (41) has been working for the Bundesverband Digitale Wirtschaft (BVDW) e.V. since 2007. As Senior Division Manager, he is responsible for the online marketing group (Online-Vermarkterkreis/OVK) and all labs and units assigned to this division. He represents the BVDW as a delegate in the online media organization committee of the IVW, in the online research work’s council (Arbeitsgemeinschaft Online-Forschung/AGOF e.V.), in the INFOnline partner representation and in some ZAW work groups. In 2011 he was elected to the IAB Europe board for the second time in order to represent the interests of the German online industry and bring industry initiatives to the European level.
Before joining the BVDW, he worked in various management positions in commercial and multimedia agencies.

Kai Kuhlmann (IVW)
Dr. Kai Kuhlmann, lawyer, began to work as head of the Online- and E-Commerce-Unit in the German Association for Information Technology, Telecommunication and New Media (BITKOM). Since 2009 he is managing the Online-Media-Unit in the IVW.
Frank Giersberg (VPRT)
Head of Market Development at Association of Commercial Broadcasters and Audiovisual Media (VPRT) At the VPRT Frank Giersberg is responsible for all market and business development issues in the fields of television, radio, online and mobile media. In addition, Mr. Giersberg is Member of the Supervisory Board at INFOnline GmbH (German market leader for Online Media Measurement) and Delegate at ZAW (German Advertising Industry Association) and IVW (German Audit Bureau of Circulation). He began his tenure at VPRT as a New Media and Advertising Consultant in 2003. Prior to this time, he was Head of Online Projects at KirchMedia (KirchGruppe) and also responsible for pre-merger projects between KirchMedia GmbH & Co. KGaA and ProSiebenSat.1 Media AG. The VPRT represents approximately 140 commercial radio and TV broadcasters and multimedia companies in Germany and promotes their interests in national and international bodies as in the fields of market development (including market standards, e.g. media measurement) and overall contract negotiations (e.g. distribution, copyrights, film funding and others).
Dirk Wippern (InfOnline)
Dirk Wippern, chief executive officer of Bonn-based INFOnline GmbH. After studying chemistry Wippern started his professional career as an assistent of a member of the German Parliament. Since 1995 he has been working in the IT-branch, at first for system house CONET AG. After building up the Augsburg branch office he became divisional director for Enterprise Web Solutions. Next step was an employment as director at inform Consult GmbH before becoming CEO of INFOnline in 2004. Key aspects of his work were and are reorganizing INFOnline towards Enterprise 2.0 and introducing the concepts of social media into the corporate culture. Wippern ist 46 years old, married and has two children.
