Instructions to book a flight with TAP

TAP is particularly interesting for their direct flights and inexpensive fares from New York, Latin America, Southern Europe, UK and Africa. To make a reservation:

Instructions to book a flight with Lufthansa

Lufthansa offers excellent connections from Northern & Eastern Europe, Middle East and Asia Pacific. Participants can choose to fly to Lisbon, Portugal any time between 02.03.10 and 20.03.10.

To make a reservation:

• Enter the access code DEJLW in the “Access to Event Booking” area.  This will take you into an online booking platform that will automatically calculate the discount offered or provide you with an even better offer if another promotional fare is available.

These promotional fares are also available via your IATA / ARC Travel Agent. Please provide your travel agent with the ticketing instructions.
